Totally confused

I ordered a hood insulation. Even looked at the picture to compare it with my old one that’s on my CRV. I got a plastic wind deflector and according to your email that’s what you said I ordered. I have no recourse because I cannot find my original order so I guess I’m screwed. Spent more money than I would have through Amazon but chose you because you’re Canadian and according to the picture it was an exact match. Am I a victim of bait and switch? Not happy

Replacing with same

Purchased a 2004 Honda CRV that had a damaged FormFit hood protector on it, probably put on by original owner near 20 years ago. Replaced it with the same one and happy to be able to find the exact one to replace it with.
