I LOVE my FormFit Hood Protectors! I own a 2022 Veloster N and a 2020 Veloster Turbo. The hood protector was SO easy to install on both those vehicles. Just bought a 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport and installed the latest Formfit hood protector on it.
It's good, but not nearly as easy to install. Whoever designed the Veloster protector should be in charge of all FormFit proteectors. The using of the tape measure pinned onto the center mounting piece makes it so easy to perfectly locate the other mounting points/pieces along the front edge of the hood! For some reason that isn't done for the Honda protector?
It should be. It's an outstanding way to locate the other mounting pieces on the hood.
There was also a scratch on the protector when I opened the package. However, ICP Autoparts is working to rectify that and I have no doubt they will take care of the shortcoming.
I highly recommend the FormFit Protectors from ICP Autoparts. I am certain you'll be as happy as I am.
